The MicroStation Training Manual
2D Level 1 contains twenty Modules (19 Modules in the XM version),
each written to lead the user through the information and exercises
in a logical sequence. Each Module has a suggested time of completion
based on a new user with a reasonable knowledge of drafting and
some knowledge of another CAD program, such as AutoCAD. Users
with no prior CAD skills will likely take longer to complete the
instruction.
The
XM, V8, and V7 manuals have essentially the same subject contents,
although each have been written to fully reflect the many evolutionary
changes to the software. The manuals are also applicable to PowerDraft.
