Rates (All rates in US Dollars)
The
information below indicates the general shipping
rates for our paper editions to various destinations for credit card orders. Please
go to our Shopping Cart page and its related pages for shipping rates specific to
your locality. Shipping options are selected on our Shopping
Cart processing pages.
All
items are usually in stock and will ship in one to two days
of order receipt. Add the shipping time shown in the shipping
options below to estimate the time it will take to receive
your order. If your order cannot be shipped immediately,
you will be informed of the likely shipping date by e-mail,
fax, or telephone.
Micro-Press.com
uses Canada Surface Parcel, Air Parcel, or Canada Post Xpresspost
as its basic shipping methods in the U.S. and Canada.
Note:
The combined MicroStation Levels 1 & 2 and Levels 1,
2, & 3 special offers count as one textbook for shipping
(see Specials).

Shipping outside Canada and the US
We recommend that our International customers order our eBook versions of our products. Shipping paper versions is expensive and often exceeds the actual book costs. If paper versions are needed, please contact us for a shipping cost quotation.

Shipping
time will vary depending on location, but most shipments
arrive within 6 to 10 working days. For more than 4 books
per order, please contact us for rates.
Notes:

All orders will be shipped
as one package. That means if one of the items in your
order isn't immediately available, the order won't be
sent to you until all of the items in the order are
available for shipping.

Orders shipped by Xpresspost
can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location.
If no one is available to accept the package, and if
a secure drop-off location is not available, then a
card will be left informing you that the package is
waiting to be picked up at the nearest Post office.
- Due
to the complexities of excise and tax laws outside Canada,
we cannot be responsible for customs or sales tax charges
that may be applied on receipt of your order.

College and Corporate Accounts
Most College and Corporate
orders are processed through a Purchase Order and the shipping
method is usually dictated by the purchaser. However, most
shipments will be made by Surface Parcel or Xpresspost so
that the shipment can be easily tracked. Shipping cost will
be shown on invoice.

Returns Policy |

Micro-Press.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase,
you may return any book within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be returned with the original invoice and in the
condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the
invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item.
If your order arrives damaged please return it right away so we
can send you a replacement.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment
to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may
wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will
not refund return shipping charges.
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges,
will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will
make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be
notified of your refund by e-mail. |
