to our shopping cart page. For our retail customers we offer two
methods and two currencies for ordering our products: |

We use PayPal for our credit card order processing. PayPal
offers a very secure and user-friendly shopping cart process for our credit
card customers. All orders are processed through secure encrypted
servers. For additional security, we do not see your credit information
when you shop with PayPal.
PayPal is extremely easy to use. You do not need to open an account to use PayPal, and there are no additional
charges. Simply follow the order process and enter your shipping and credit card information.
To
order by credit card, please click on the US or Canada icons on the left for Paper editions, or the icons on the right for eBook editions. You will be taken to the appropriate credit card order
page.
International customers from countries other than the US or Canada must select the International link (eBooks only) on the right.
You may also order by eCheck through PayPal. However, please note that your items will not be shipped until PayPal advises us that your eCheck has cleared (4-5 business days).

Use
our printable mail-in forms to place your order.
You
may pay by money order, by check, or by cash. Money orders must
be drawn on a US bank (US$), or a Canadian bank (CAD$). Money
Order or Certified Check orders will ship immediately. Uncertified
Check Orders will ship when the check clears our bank (allow five
to seven working days). If sending cash, be sure to use recorded
or registered mail.
